How far in advance should I book my experience?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure we have enough time to tailor the perfect experience for you. However, we also understand that sometimes plans change, and we can accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
What are your cancellation terms?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
From 7 to 5 days before the booked tour, 50% of the total cost will be charged.
From 4 days to the booked tour, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
Please note that museum tickets and customized special experiences are non-refundable after booking.
What happens if it rains?
If rain impacts the safety or enjoyment of the tour, we may need to cancel the departure. We will always do our best to proceed, but in cases where weather conditions prevent us from offering a fully enjoyable and safe experience, cancellation may be necessary.
